Prepare the Package
Pack your items securely in the original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the apparel is in its original condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
